Justin M. Schiks - Attorney & Counselor At Law

Justin is a native Minnesotan from the Twin Cities area. As a graduate from Forest Lake High School, he went on to complete his undergraduate work at University of Minnesota-Morris. During college he began his education of law as an intern for the local County Attorney's office.

While in law school at William Mitchell, Justin worked for several years with the Washington County Public Defender's office. He regularly appeared in court on behalf of defendants in bail hearings, arraignments and pretrial hearings. Justin also prosecuted misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors with the Edina city attorney.

Developing a strong grasp of the law, he conducted extensive legal research, presented arguments to mediators, arbitrators, trial and appellate court judges. Each client receives his undivided attention and commitment to achieving the best possible resolution.

Justin is a proud member of the Washington County Criminal Defense Panel and the Dakota County Criminal Defense Panel. He devotes 100% of his practice to defending those charged with DWI, criminal and traffic offenses.
